I am a professional pet sitter and a life-long cat owner. Many people are given gifts to help them through life. God clearly has a sense of humor because my gift is the ability to speak Cat and to scoop litter boxes more thoroughly than the average human. (That’s the glamorous part of my job!) Ok, so I can’t save lives like doctors or firemen and I don’t cause others to make money like a stockbroker, but approximately 34 million homes in America have at least one cat as a pet* so perhaps my skills aren’t a total loss.
