Janet Denise Ganaway-Kelly offers more than a decade of accomplishments in housing and the nonprofit sector. Janet brings valuable insight in the areas of community and economic development. Additionally, she brings knowledge regarding the leadership and management challenges faced by large and small nonprofits that are struggling or growing organizations.
Leveraging an impressive portfolio of experience in nonprofit management, operations, mergers, and strategic planning, Janet has proven to be adaptive and responsive to the changes in social policy. Her leadership has delivered strong and sustained results in the areas of nonprofit start-ups, growth, and turnaround situations.
Throughout her career, Janet has fostered good relations with the community. She serves nonprofit boards, advisory councils, is a member of various local and national housing organizations, participates in economic revitalization activities, and serves as a board member on her neighborhood council.
Janet earned her Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of California Los Angeles and holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
