Hi! I'm Kim Hopkins, the Food Allergy Coach and Founder of Food Sensitivity Resources. I am a licensed social worker and someone that "lives to eat" despite having multiple food issues. The rundown so far: Celiac Disease (gluten intolerance), sensitivity to sugar, peanuts, tree nuts, and cherries. My goal is to help people live full lives despite having food challenges. I provide personal coaching, a blog, workshops, consultation for schools & businesses, and a Safe Suppers dining program.
