About this edition ¤ Skepticism and critical thinking in American politics is the theme this time. Of particular interest to me are instances where skepticism and critical thinking have given way to irrationality and how those instances have shaped politics. Conspiracy theories, anti-intellectualism, global warming (and other forms of) denialism, and reactionary populism all fall under this general rubrick and there are plenty of examples both historical and current.
