Description	¤	Small businesses operate under a lot of constraints. While finance and human resource are the main ones, there are others that bog a small business owner down. A lot of theory and academia focus on large businesses - but they may not all apply to small businesses. I am looking at posts that highlight small business issues. They may be marketing, HR, finance, operations, customer service, trade, or even trivia that relates to small business. Please do not submit ads - they will not be posted. Deadlines for submission is every Friday 11:59 pm EST (EDT). The Carnival will be hosted every Sunday.
